5 Science 1 & 5 Science 2, Class of 2009; we're like a big family (: Fo' real, yo. HAHAHA. I don't think there's ever been a bunch of bounce-off-the-wall-crazy girls like us who are pretty closely knitted. While classes usually have their own individual class trips, our two classes have been having combined trips since Form 3 (it might be Form 2, I'm not sure). We even have conversations as a whole class with each other DURING lessons though it's only when we have the fun teachers who know how to joke with us...
Sings Birthday song to Pn Yong even though it isn't her birthday (yea we do this often..very often. To other teachers as well.)
Cheers for Pn Yong
10 minutes later
Happy Birthday, Pn Yong!
Cheers & laughter for no real reason.
Pn Yong says Thank You!
You're welcome!
It's okay!
5 minutes later
Ms Tan, when is YOUR birhday?
Laughter.
31 November.
Laughter from both classes
After we finally decided on what to say,
Mana boleh tipu kita orang?
So slow!
So lame!
Long pause..
Why no response? Dumb ah?
-END-
Ps.// If you've been following my blog since the start of the year, you'd know that this is certainly NOT the first time my class has had this type of conversations with Science 1 <3
& a few of us managed to get a glimpse of it and are super, super, superrrr satisfied and happy with the outcome of all our hard work, sweat and tears! We've had such positive feedback from the teachers who've had the chance to lay their hands on the ONLY copy available in school..for now. For the rest of you MGSians and EdBoarders who have yet to feast on the mag, wait 2 weeks! I know, I'm getting impatient too ;)

Zero Failure Program/Waktu Anjal's been pretty much better than I predicted it to be. Overlook the amount of trees the school managed to kill to come up with the STACKS of paper we take home day by day which by the way keeps growing every 40 minutes of the school day and the triple Chemistry/BM/Physics periods we have to sit through, yeah Anjal's been good to us. It's too bad Anjal only spans over a week before we go back to our usual schedules though. It'd have kept us in school longer! Hahah. Not that smart anymore are you, school? Trying to make us come to school longer. Bet'cha didn't think of THAT now, did ya? Hehehe. Well too bad cause we're only coming back to school for chairing! Or unless we wake up in the morning and suddenly feel like going to school that day. So I know you'd think I'd be freaking out over SPM by now but the truth is, I'm actually pretty chill. The panic hasn't reached its peak yet. YET. Though I definitely note the steady rising in my internal Stress-O-Meter.
Ps.// I don't know what's the English translation of the word 'Anjal', but mainly what we do in school during this time is have intensive classes for each subject (:

Finally visited the largely raved about hotel in Penang yesterday. They did a pretty good job with the place; decor-wise. I have to say that they need more air-conditioning there. I know they're all for "saving the planet" but for goodness sake, Penang is hot enough. A little cool air wouldn't hurt! UNLIKE. Had dinner at Starz Diner where everything is so purple (Joyce, I think you'd love this place). Service was kinda, pretty uh..forgetful. a) They forgot the chips in my cousin's Fish & Chips, b) They forgot my ketchup and gave me two sides of chili sauce, c) most probably nearly forgot about my cousin's Strawberry Smoothie, and d) They also left out the "spicy" in my Spicy Potato Wedges. BUT, before you say that I have nothing good to say about Hard Rock Hotel, the food wasn't that bad and the pool area is fun :D
